* Our WordPress maintenance service applies to all available WordPress, plugin, and theme updates visible within your WordPress installation. Any updates that may be available outside of your existing WordPress installation by manual download or separate license are not included in our maintenance plans as they may be subject to payment to third party vendors or require vendor account access. However, we are happy to assist you with applying those updates upon your request (additional fees may apply) Please note, certain server environments may restrict some plan features from running.
Website Service and Maintenance Blocks
Pre-paid service blocks are an excellent option for those sites that are either not on a current monthly maintenance plan, but still want to maintain their sites on a semi-regular basis or businesses that foresee engaging in more detailed website projects.
Service hours can be dedicated to anything from general site maintenance, content creation, social media or blog management, to full site overhauls. Pre-paid service blocks come with priority service response and the more you buy, the more you save. Custom plans are available for planned projects that may exceed 100 hours.
Standard hourly rate for web service work: $150/hour billed in half hour increments. (Does not apply to Infusionsoft services. Please note, any project estimated to require more than 4 hours of service will require pre-payment or the purchase of a service block.)
